Can we get clarification on which the challenge calls for? A 5 oz can of tuna has 26 grams of protein, my meals are supposed to be 26 grams of protein and one meal calls for 1.5 cans. I know that 3 oz cans do exist…..

CarrieParticipantI am wondering about this too. The meal plan and the intro video say that calories will be less on days that you don’t work out, but what is the difference in calories and macros? MFP lets you set different goals for each day and I’d like to do that but don’t know what the numbers should be.
