I wanted to have an idea of when I should be eating. I feel like the meal plan is more than I normally eat, and I am drinking SO much water.
Today was:
WOrkout- 6-7:30 followed by Isolate
Meal 1- 8:30
Meal 2 at 11:00
I just felt hungry, so I went for number 2. Is this too fast? What is ideal for me?
