Hi same question for Meal plan 2 low day and high day postworkout referring to the portion of the apple muffins it says the same but different macros.
Low day says 1 1/4 FR 1/2 LP page 66
High day says 2 FR 1/2 F 3/4 LP page 68

But I need to get 2 servings
So will be 30 cal
No sugar
But do you think it will affect in my macros
Or I need to look for another one
So I am adding 30 cal extra
