    Hi same question for Meal plan 2 low day and high day postworkout referring to the portion of the apple muffins it says the same but different macros.
    Low day says 1 1/4 FR 1/2 LP page 66
    High day says 2 FR 1/2 F 3/4 LP page 68

    Me too same can’t see videos for home workouts
    Also some dumbbell exercises video doesn’t show it send me back to the main page

    Can I switch to plan 2 or I can add an extra meal 🤔
    I was eating the last stage of meal plan 1 for photo shoot I believe it was 1300 cal something like that
    Less cal than this plan

    I am not good to gain muscle either
    I try to lift heavy as I can
    Any thoughts or recommendations Please

    Yes I feel hungry specially in training days but I drink BCAA’S or water
    I always use plan number 1 because it says 5’4″ or under.
    I was in the past challenge also
    What will the advise

    My plan is number 1 Because I am 5’4″
    This week I am just weight myself
    And I am 133 lbs😣
    Should I need to be concern now or I need to change for meal plan number 2
    What will be the best advice. Thank you

    My preworkoute
    Has 15 cal per serving
    But I need to get 2 servings
    So will be 30 cal
    No sugar
    But do you think it will affect in my macros
    Or I need to look for another one
    So I am adding 30 cal extra
