    I seen Laura post about making the banana bread in a muffin tin. I used a cup cake tin, makes 12. I whip up 24, doubling the recipe since my husband eats. Would it be safe to say a serving size would be two cup cake size? I am currently following the 131-150 meal plan with 3 servings of banana bread.

    That helps out a lot actually. I was reading the meal plan and seen it said all meals were like 400+ calories. Just wanted the assurance that it was okay. Thank you again!

    Hi, I do like the all the other meals and don’t have issues eating them. Just wanted to see if there was a sub for the peppers so I had all 3 options for meal 4 instead of just the 2.

    Hi, sooooo I can’t eat the peppers. I get indigestion with peppers and egg plants. I was looking online for a substitute fruitveggie, lol but wanted your take on it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and awesome awesome meals btw. Best challenge to date!
