    Armenta I too have time constraints and have to do as much as I can at 3-330 in morning and than finish during lunch.

    My bench is too low and everything I do it I cannot get back up. Kind of hurts my knee a bit. I just laugh. But I do want to conquer it!.

    I too have the same issues with work. I am in the car two hours a day driving to and from work. Plus I live on a farm and have chores when I get home. Timing is an issue. My workout will have to be early , quick during lunch and late at night. I am up for the challenge!
