    Grill them! Get the thicker cut ones so not to dry them out. And mix them with your applesauce.

    Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter is just peanuts and oil. Nothing added. Just a pain to mix.

    If u are using a smith machine then u just put one leg straight out and squat. I couldn’t open the video either.

    This is exactly what I did as Nicole mentioned above. Around 7 I was hungry but I chugged some water and some
    More water and the feeling went away and it was bedtime. 🙂

    I would like to know this too as I only have an hour in the morning to strength train then get my butt home to get kids ready and head to work. I only have 3 hours after work to hang with my family and get them ready for bed so I would love to do at least one on the weekend. Please 🙂

    Hi TC, I had a very hard time submitting mine as well but I did it to stay accountable and to see the changes I will be making. And who doesn’t love prizes?! I truly hope you find the courage to submit them. This group is so supportive and we are all rooting for you!

    I believe the recipe is 4 servings. I made four big pancakes for the course of 4 days. I hope I did it right.

    I strength trained followed up with some hiit this morning and I ate half of meal 1 before I left for the gym, had my post workout shake after the gym and then about two hours later, I finished the other half to meal 1. Seemed to help me.

    Mariano’s and aldi sell it but it was out at my area stores so amazon prime to the rescue for Ghee.

    I was wondering the same. I thought the shake was post workout only and then on non training days, it’s meal 5. But then I saw the glutamine thing to have shake at night with it. Hmmmm
