    The link to this sumo jump squat is for barbell sumo squats. Also wondering if it’s db sumo jump squat like in the previous leg day workout.

    I was going to ask the same question. I did the workout and i couldn’t do 20 on my toes. Had to go down to my knees after 8-10.
