    I am struggling with the cardio as well! I am 50 years old and injured my back last fall so I haven’t done any cardio in over 6 months. I am just doing what I can. I believe that I am still benefitting even if not as much as if I went all out.

    I had a similar question. The recipe says the serving size is 8 but then the recipe is divided into two loaf pans. So….does the serving size of 8 apply to the entire recipe (ie 2 loaf pans) or to one loaf pan?

    I have the same question. I purchased a vegan protein powder that has 170 calories and 30 grams of protein per scoop. The calories are almost double the nNutrition protein powder.

    I read that the meatloaf recipe serves 8. But since the recipe is divided into two loaves is the serving size 8 servings per loaf or 8 servings for both loaves? I just ate 1/4 of one of the loaves and I am so full! It is delicious though!
