The trick to buying tights…..when you are in the change room, bend over as far as you can and look in the mirror and see if you can see thru them. If you can’t, you know they pass the squat test. ??

I have to say lululemons are not worth it. They use to be really good before they got to be so popular but it seems like they are cutting corners now and aren’t made as well. The pants tend to start pilling after a while

I’m not a big fan of cottage cheese, but I have discovered that by adding a little sugar twin and cinnamon it taste delicious! It’s like eating dessert for breakfast. Yummy

You can actually just use Epsom salts in your bath. You add 2-4 cups and soak for 20 minutes. Epsom salts have a high magnesium content in them so they change the osmolarity of the water and help to draw out the waste products (ie. lactic acid) in the muscles. This helps to decrease muscle soreness and is beneficial post workouts or any time your muscles feel tired, sore or ache

I just saw this post and I actually do the same thing with sweet potatoes! Dice them into cubes and use the same seasoning as listed above. I spray the pan with non stick spray and the sweet potatoes once I have spread them in a thin layer on the cookie sheet. You need to cook the sweet potatoes longer, at least 40 minutes but depends how little or big you cube them 🙂
