ParticipantHey!!! So lots of dairy on the meal plans. Only sub I saw for dairy yogurt is soy based and I can’t eat soy. You recommend anything else? There are so many alternatives out there, but the macros are kinda whacky lol… I would kill to eat greek yogurt and cottage cheese lol.. Let me know. If not I will come up with other things to eat! thanks xo

ParticipantFroze mine right out the gate. Took out asnone square and cut evenly and left in the freezer. They thaw out quick and to behinest a little frozen was good!😜
