    Because Friday is arm day. So by eating HC the day before your muscles will be ready for the load the next day! Energy wise.

    Nicole clarified this for me Basically every day 5 meals. On Non workout days eat the postworkout meal as meal #5. On workout days eat the PW meal after Working out.
    They are correcting the do’s and Dont’s page.

    HinTammy; That was the little thing I missed (to read the meal plan and assuming it didnt change from prevois challenges). On the current challenge meal plan sheet, Nicole has specified otherwise. She changed it to having the 5th meal. I assume on the do’s and dont’s it wasnt corrected. That’s thw reason I was confused.

    I see what you are saying.  She changed the concept and is suggesting to eat the PWM as meal 5 on NWT days.  

         I just read it again.   Little things we miss.   Thanks for bringing it up.

    Thanks for the answer. No lifting No 5th meal,Thats how it works. My question was specific to Thursday only.
    I ll wait for a Nicole team member to respond.
