    I have found the lactose free cottage cheese I found at price chopper to be quite similar in macros to greek yogurt (I also don’t do well with dairy). I put the blueberries in it and its quite good.

    I am wondering the same thing! I think from the calendar it’s 4 cardio + cardio acceleration = 5 but definitely confused!
