    Up your water to , I say 4 litres, I’m not sure how many gallons it is. That tends to help. Good luck!

    Great amount of carbs just keeping me above the line. Usually a comp prep I would lower the carbs a bit more but you have done well with the quantities. Follow the food down pat people! Enough to train twice, but still kids tucked in early and me close behind! I would say have your post workout shake only if you are training! Boom, let’s do this xx
