Wife of 24 yrs and mother to 3 grown kids. I have had weight fluctuations my entire life. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2005 and again fought with emotional eating. The past two years I decided I wasn't going to be old and fat, lol. I can't stop old but I can stop fat!! I have been lifting and got determined. Now I struggle with the details of nutrition and productive work outs. I'm super excited to see what I can do with Nicole's help.😊
