I also noticed a difference on day 1 of phase 2 workouts. The an exercise videos aren’t online but the PDF has two workouts at the end. I followed the PDF – hope that was right!!
Gina – you can do this! I’m also at much lower weights than most women in here, but my goal is to track what I’m doing and hopefully be lifting heavier by the end! It’s all about what your body can handle and progress! ?
Thank you for working to fix the issue! I can’t seem to click on the food exchange lists, phase 1 workouts or the cardio lists. All else is now working and I am able to click on the workout links today (yay!)!
