    Thanks! That was my assumption, and I can sort of feel it in my lats. Wanted to confirm since it’s a new exercise to me.

    Thanks, Jolie! That makes sense and is very helpful. I’ll figure out how to fit in that Meal 5. 🙂

    My question is similar to this thread:

    I haven’t been eating Meal 5 on the days I work out.
    I do have the protein shake after weight training, but at that point, it’s so late in the day that I don’t ever get to Meal 5 and end up with roughly 300 calories “in the bank.”
    Is this a good thing, or not so much?
