Working on becoming fit in my forties. My son is a bodybuilder and will some day be Mr. Olympia so Mom has to look the part also. Derek Lunsford (my son) really inspires me along with this girlfriend, Jhelsin and their fitness friends. I am loving this journey that began in 2015.
