    I cook my turkey bacon in the oven on 400 for about 15 minutes or I’ll cook it on the stove. It’s very crispy and tasty.

    I poured a little water in the mixture which helped it to stick perfectly. They were very tasty!!

    I believe the plan was to limit your fruit intake to 1 per day on non workout days and 2 per day on workout days.

    Yes you can swap the meal options. You don’t have to eat them in the order prescribed. You should have meal plan 5 after strength, 45 min after whatever time you do strength. Non workout days, take meal plan 5 as the 5th meal
