ParticipantHmmm…if that IS the case. I was backward. I also double checked Nicole’s video and it looks like she did them the same way I did, with the weight storage in front. Do you think it matters????

ParticipantI feel like I should add to this, if we have to split the workouts up due to timing issues, should we do HIIT in the morning and strength in the evening. Does the order matter? Also, because you said eating first is important when doing HIIT, what if we do strength in the am and HIIT in the pm? I work twelve hour shifts and have kids to get to school in the morning…so timing this all is super important to my success and it’s tricky. Thank you so much!!!

ParticipantI’m supposed to have 170g protein…… not 190!!!!!

ParticipantI plugged in everything to MFP today too and get a total of 190g of protein. I added everything in exactly. I get 145g carb and 31g fat. Any suggestions? Holy protein batman!!! 20g over is a lot.

ParticipantThanks Naomi, I really appreciate it. I have a really crazy schedule and just trying to plan the workouts are a real challenge. I work 11a-1130p, and I have to get up with my children in the morning and get them ready before I leave for work. So typically, I wake up at 530am to workout before my husband leaves for work (which only gives me about an hour in the morning) then I get home and get the kids ready and take them to school. Then I have to get ready for work. I work 12 hours and then hit the gym after work for the second part of the workout (in phase 1 I did weights in the am and then cardio after work). I am going to try for this phase to do the fasted cardio on the morning and weight train after work and see how it goes. I get home around 1am after work and the gym just to start all over again. So anything that helps me schedule this better is much appreciated!! Thanks again.

ParticipantAlso, if we weight train in the PM… that is when we have the post workout meal, correct?

ParticipantI am having the same problem. Very frustrating/disappointing. I am trying to write out my workout plan for each day, and it is difficult when you aren’t exactly sure what you are supposed to be doing. I know that I can use google to search for exercises, however everyone has a different variation and we are supposed to be performing these exercises with Nicole’s guidance (and team) with what she wants us to do. I really hope this gets resolved today!

ParticipantDo you know when ALL the videos will be up and running as we like to plan ahead. I like to write out my workouts in my book, and time is always limited. Just want to be as prepared as I can be. Thank you so much.

ParticipantIf we lift first and then do cardio after either immediately or later in the day, then how are we doing fasted cardio?

ParticipantI have a spiralizer and love it. Generally when I spiralize my zucchini, I eat it raw. I don’t cook it. You may want to give that a try. It’s satisfies my need for a little bit of crunch. Some people think it’s a little odd-but hey…it works for me.

Before weight training, but is it okay if we weight train fasted? I’m with Allie that I usually hit the gym first thing in the morning before getting a chance to eat because it works better with my schedule. -
