I’m still confused… when it says total body workout 3 times a week for weeks 6 7 8 and 9 .. does that mean that I do the Saturday total body acceleration workout 3 times per week? I also don’t see it state the metcon workouts on the calender?

Hi nicole. Thank you. I ended up doing leg presses for the leg workout today as I’m worried about hurting myself the way I’m doing squats now.. i had a staff member at the gym help me get a video for you today with now weight on the bar. I seem to hyper extend my back.. I probably really need to stretch or do something for mobility. Do you have any advice on what stretches and excercise to do to help my flexibility and gain more mobility? Also.. until I’ve got better form .. should I keep squatting with no weights for the challange or choose a different excercise where I can go heavy?
