Can someone make me feel better by telling me this cardio workout is incorrect? My ego is very bruised today. ? This is my 4th Nicole challenge and while I do not claim to be superwoman, I have always been able to complete the other treadmill workouts (not without effort but at least was able to adhere to the speed and incline recommendation). There was no way I could even get close to running at 10mph at a 15% incline – even once – let alone 10x (unless I wanted to walk out of the gym toothless). So I guess I am hoping this is a mistake? If not and anyone has been able to complete this workout, you deserve an extra rice cake!
