ParticipantHey! Make sure you read the overview real well (do you see that)
On the Overview page, you will see the ebook pdf – open that & all materials will be there. If you don’t see the Overview, make sure you are logged into your acct, then go to “Challenges” in the drop down menu (not just the main graphic on the home page). Then you can select 9n “Overview”. Make sure you read eveything really well & watch the videos Nicole provides. Most questions people ask are usually already explained in the materials.
Good luck on your 1st challenge & welcome to the group!

ParticipantHey! So you can ise items around your house as weights. Weigh whatever you ise w/ a food scale for lighter objects or a digial scale for heavier objects so you know what kind of weight you are using. Here are some ideas:
– water bottles (16 or 32 oz)
– gallon milk/water jugs
– liquid laundry deteegwnt bottles/jugs
– backpack filled with stuff (bags of rice, rocks or whatever)
– full bag of dog food (great for hip thrusts/bridges)
– heavy bookends
– canned goods
Good luck!Jennifer Morgan
ParticipantIf you want the individual images to put on your phone screen on a folder (I like to do this), you can take screen shots of the pages you want.😉

ParticipantDo you have heavy dumbbells you could wedge your toes under? Or a barbell loaded w/ maybe several 10lb plates & hook over your ankles?
Jennifer Morgan
ParticipantI subbed red bell pepper strips for the spinach. That way, it’s grab & go & I can eat w/ my breakfast or in the car or hold off just until just my workout (mid morning).

ParticipantI just did the 20min Bringing Up the Rear stepmill HIIT carido from phase 1, but added 2 more 5min cycles onto it, to make 30min. That’s a killer!!!
Jennifer Morgan
ParticipantThanks giys! I did it again & got it!

ParticipantNicole usually says she would’t recommend doing HIIT cardio fasted because you need energy to be able to go all out on your high intensity intervals. But it really depends on how your body handles it, I guess. But the interval cardio could definitely be done fasted.

ParticipantGood to know! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I uaven’t made it yet.

ParticipantI don’t have a blender during the day either, but I am going to mix everything (except the ice & banana) in a blender bottle & add water if needed. Then eat the banana separately.

ParticipantHi Brandy! Nicole usually gives you a couple of days to submit the after photos.
Jennifer Morgan
ParticipantI’m sure this challenge end will be like the rest. The final deadline date to submit after pics will be a few dys after the challenge officially ends. You can end your program on the last day, or even finish out the week if you’d like before taking your photos. It’s up to you.

ParticipantThanks Nicole! Now that I look at the nutrition labels, I see they have the same macros! 🙂

I must say that the support & motivation from IG is a HUGE part of these challenges for me! It really holds me accountable! And I’ve made some great friends on IG from these challenges as well!

ParticipantSo – I was just going to post about 7 oz. of tuna! I’ve been using a 7oz. can of tuna for the recipe. But someone else doing the challenge said she was draining the cans of tuna & weighing out 7 oz. of tuna & it’s 2 full 7oz cans! That can’t be correct. Right? That’s a crazy sh!t load of tuna! I mean I was thinking a full 7oz can of tuna was a lot. I can’t imagine doubling that!

ParticipantOn the “Nicole Wilkins Fans Fit Accountability team” I don’t believe Nicole, Naomi or Maureen are members of the group. It consist of challenge participants from all the past challenges. A lot of us have gotten to know each other pretty well through these challenges & still communicate in the group. If anyone wants to join, just send a request to join & we’ll add you! But know that if you have any challenge specific questions for Nicole, Naomi or Maureen, you need to ask here in the forums in order for them to answer…& to make sure your question is answered officially.

ParticipantMeasure your chicken cooked.
I get my chicken (raw) from Costco. And I use the chicken listing that says:
Kirkland Sgnature Organic – Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 5 ounceJennifer Morgan
ParticipantHi Rebecca! I went ahead & cooked my chicken & potatoes. Then I chopped up, measured everything out, & put in separate small ziploc baggies so I can mix it right before I eat it. I thought it might keep longer that way.

ParticipantHi Michelle! In the previous challenges, we went by height if our weight did not fit w/in the range. ? jen

ParticipantHey guys! I’ve done the last 2 challenges. Nicole always puts pull-ups in her challenge workouts. Do as many as you can (at whatever grip or width is listed) unassisted, & then do as many more as you can (or the required number of reps) with assistance. You will gain strength each week & be able to see your progress! It’s so exciting! Good luck!

ParticipantI know if you are not used to or comfortable counting macros, the idea of getting creative is terrifying! I did the 60 day challenge & had a hard time eating a full meal close to bedtime. I worked my macros so that I could just drink a protein shake & eat the # of grams of avocado that the last meal had already called for. Someone mentioned making a protein pudding (1 scoop chocolate protein powder, mashed avocado, & almond milk or water to the consistency that you prefer, & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes). I added my powdered glutamine into this as well. I used casine protein powder, since it was right before bedtime. This became like my treat at the end of the day.
Sit down, get out a pencil & paper, your MFP app, the food exchange list, & start playing around with foods that you like. Staying within the #grams of macros, make it work within the foods you like. I’d try to keep each meal’s macros the same as much as possible, so you get the benefits of that meal at the right time of day. Good luck!

ParticipantNo problem! MFP can be a sneaky little devil sometimes!
