Hi. Hopefully you are starting to feel better. I also got covid only a few days in the challenge. I took the last 2 weeks to rest and give my body what it needed. I am hoping to start up again this week – still very tired so going to do what I can. Hang in there- you will get through this and be back in no time 🙂

    jennvegas79 here!

Love my peloton rides ( I have a bowflex c6 and my beats headphones and use the peloton app for my rides)

    Who are your favorite instructors?
Do you tend to do the HIT/Hill rides or the interval/arms rides?

In phase 2, we can continue to take the Train prior to strength workouts and the Burn anytime during the day ( preferably morning coz of the caffeine ) correct?

Meals can be swapped out :). So essentially you could eat the same meal 4 times a day ( not like you would want to ! Lol). But sometimes I end up eating the same meal twice in a day just coz it’s easy. In your case , Simply choose a meal that has a LP in it instead 🙂

I was wondering the same thing ! I also don’t have a food processor. But might just get one because there are other recipes I have seen before that use the food processor ..

Thats tough- honestly- there is really no way to really stay 100 percent on plan when you go out.. you don’t know what kind of oil they cook their food in ( probably not very good 🙁 I would save up and use 2 meals when you go out to give yourself some extra wiggle room. I would opt for chicken fajitas with corn tortillas- and then you can add your veggies as needed. Good luck:)

I would also suggest just going at your own pace- if you can only do 4 workouts in a week- just follow the calendar and know that you will be a little off from what the calendar says- but in my personal opinion, that is better than cramming everything into 4 days a week. It will just take you longer to complete the challenge- but remember this isn’t a sprint- its a new lifestyle 🙂

I ran out of time before I had to leave to work. I split up that workout and finished up the abs set the next day.

You know your body best. Personally, if I eat dairy, it makes me very bloated and ” blah” feeling- so I try to stay away from it. Thats the beauty of the food substitution list- swap it out for another similar food:)

Heres the trick that I have learned over several challenges now..
I use a splash of water.. also I use a spatula to combine all the ingredients- then I put them in a silicone mini muffin tin and press down on it with the spatula ( I have a red silicone mini muffin tin off amazon). Since this recipe calls for 10, I actually end of making 20 mini ones and have 2 of them for each servings:) This works perfectly and so easy to eat them. Oh- and I place them in my deep freezer to harden quicker:) Hope this helps.

From what understand, your macros would be off. A fat should be replaced with a “fat” on the substitution list.

Is it okay to take 2 scoops in my post workout shake? So total 10 g daily ? I thought I saw this somewhere 5-10 grams daily .. it’s been helping me not get sore after the workouts 🙂

I had to meal prep for our soccer tournament weekend and brought these wraps with! I just made all the egg/veggie mixture individually ( I had 2 fry pans going at the same time so I made 2 at a time 🙂 So I could portion each one out.. Then I put in separate containers and just brought the wrap separate. I heated up the egg mixture and just ate the wrap on the side while I ate the eggs;) It worked out great and I didn’t have to worry about the eggs getting soggy or anything 🙂

I have heard that it doesn’t matter when you get all your meals in- just make sure you get them in 🙂 I have had to ate my last meal at 9:00 at night. It won’t hinder your progress.

I have tried a few different brands and they all make me feel weird and give me a headache. Coffee seems to do the trick for me:)
