I want to decrease body fat and honestly my next biggest goal is just to stick with it… I always get excited then a few weeks in self-sabotage and compare my progress to others and give in. This time, I’ve got Phat Camp scheduled two weeks in to the challenge so I am really hoping that will help maintain my motivation levels! I’m also going through some potential big life changes including interviewing for a job 9 hours away in a few weeks so that’ll make things tough.
