ParticipantThere is! I’m a day ahead and I did that workout this morning. I put it in the interval timer and I wasn’t finished yet when the timer was complete.

Participantdo you have a higher bench? Before I could do this exercise at a ‘chair’ level, I used a bench I have that didn’t make me go down as low. That helped until I could master it!

ParticipantI see the same thing, Option 2 is the issue I think… for example, on phase 2 it says tuna patty and an english muffin but says the english muffin is a SC, and then in phase 3 the food is the same tuna patty and english muffin, but it states that the english muffin is now a 1/2 SC.
Meal 1-5 for phase 2 and 3 is the EXACT same for option 2. I hope someone addresses this! Or redirects me to where it was addressed.

ParticipantWeek two and i have busted my hinny in the gym and my macros have been on point. I am aware that two weeks is not a lot of time to expect great results but i put on a pair of jeans, that fit tight during the Christmas season but fit, and now i can’t! My weight hasn’t changed and w the time and effort I’ve put in, this is VERY disappointing. Again, not expecting big changes, but after two weeks, i feel like something should have given.
Have you gone up in your weights? We are supposed to be in a build right now, don’t be too hard on yourself 🙂

ParticipantMy weight is the same, but I FEEL fantastic. Don’t look at the scale, don’t worry about your jeans (it’s probably your muscles getting swollen!)… think about how your body feels. I don’t know about you but I feel like a superstar. Eating has been on point, and I’m working my butt off in the gym. The scale can weight (hahaaha, I’m very ‘punny’).
