    i usually will do the leg extension machine as the butt blaster. definitley same concept

    OH GIRL ME TOO !!! Ive gained almost 20 pounds and I was disgusted looking at my pics but you know what in 60 days we are going to be thankful for all of this and proud !!!

    so 110 grams equals 1 cup which i have been eating . I need to cut down :/

    Hi there,
    After reading the comments Im worried Ive been eating too much pasta. I have been eating the 1 cup of pasta but after reading the comments it seems i should be weighing the grams. I also have been getting super bloated after yogurt and lunch.
