ParticipantSharon, per the nutrition section , all vegetables are to be cooked prior to weighing except lettuce .
See food exchange list page 99 Vegetable section..
Please someone let me know if I am wrong.Good luck everyone!

ParticipantMelissa, you are not…same happened to me as I was looking at the old food exchange from past challenge and as such assumed it was a typo. Maureen said it’s correct as 6oz and to eat up😃.. enjoy

ParticipantAnother participant and also Nicole said a tad bit of water. I tried that and it worked out great and it’s delish. Just don’t put too much cous it gets very sticky. 🤞

ParticipantGood morning,
It’s one and you can find it in the meal options next to the descriptions of the mealjinadubisi
Participantmy calculations came out as..20 total in 2cups of the oatmeal and roughly another maybe 60 or so in nut butter.. still I don’t see it adding up to 110g total for 10 balls.
NW and team pls chime in . .. otherwise I’m eating this delicious meal with the extra protein 😀
Thanks,
Aminat

ParticipantHi there…
According to the recipe, each ball is 11g protein so if you only use 1 & 1/2 scoops of protein powder, which a scoop is around 20g protein then you cannot have 11g of protein per ball for 10 servings . I believe the 1&1/3 cup protein powder is accurate. This recipe came out delicious!!!Only thing missing in the ingredients is a bit of water to help it form into balls.
