    I had the same question . So it says one serving for the casserole, and it’s 8 total. Do we just portion in 8 equal portions and that should be the right amount?

    I still can’t see the video….I will try and do the suggestions above though. I also cant see the video for the hip thrust with hip circle. I think I know how to do it, but I always look to the videos for proper form.

    Loving it so far! My legs were wobbly after yesterdays workout, but were fine this morning. Then I got to the gym tonight and felt the pain!! Can’t wait for shoulder day tomorrow! I want them to grow sooooo badly!

    I also had the same question, because I am 5’5 and 180. I saw to go with height, but for my height it is about 150 or a little less than grams of protein. But then I think I read somewhere else in the information, that Nicole recommends eating at least you body weight in protein? So I was just curious the rule of thumb for this

    Same for me !! This morning it was all working, now I don’t have cardio or nutrition.

    We got an email I think two days ago for the uploading pictures.
