I am thinking about trying to split up the times. I am a high school teacher, but don’t have to be to school until 8:30 am. But, I can’t lift in the morning; I need to eat before lifting and can’t do that and give it time to digest in the mornings. I don’t know how you morning lifters do it!
However, I am out of school by 4:00 pm. So, I plan to lift in the afternoons. Then I’ll make my way home and do my planning and correcting in the evenings, after my workouts.
