Hi! Couple questions about the Olympic prep challenge:
1) can you tell us how many people have signed up for the Olympic prep challenge and the breakdown of men and women? Just curious.
2) is there a average range of percentage of body weight that is typically lost within the first week?
3) I am thoroughly enjoying the workouts and wondered if the orders/sequence is precisely designed. I’m assuming the answer that question is yes. 🙂
3) I didn’t see red seedless grapes on the food exchange list… Are they usually not recommended?
