    Yes, I thought rest day could have come sooner (no way could I do all those squats on day 3).

    I am glad I’m not alone. I’ve not worked out ONE MINUTE for the last 20 months and I have not been eating like this. I forgot to eat my 5th meal on Monday (because I was full) and Tuesday I ate about half of the 5th meal it at around 9pm. Now on day 3, I am hungry(ish) at almost 9pm so I’ll eat what I can of my fifth meal. So far, my meal prep went pretty good. I forgot to get oatmeal and a couple of things but all in all it’s going good.

    Do you have a favorite app for logging meals? I’m using MyNetDiary but it keeps changing my daily calories with my workouts.

    I put a small amount of chopped bell peppers in my eggs. I cook those first and pour the eggs on top.

    okay, less than a week to go in the challenge and I may have been eating wrong this whole time? I’m 5’7″ and weigh 128 so I’ve been eating the 130lb and under menu. I’m not losing any weight but I do see muscle gain so I’m not too worried about it.
