I am glad I’m not alone. I’ve not worked out ONE MINUTE for the last 20 months and I have not been eating like this. I forgot to eat my 5th meal on Monday (because I was full) and Tuesday I ate about half of the 5th meal it at around 9pm. Now on day 3, I am hungry(ish) at almost 9pm so I’ll eat what I can of my fifth meal. So far, my meal prep went pretty good. I forgot to get oatmeal and a couple of things but all in all it’s going good.
