    HI there,
    When I click on your link the macros are correct however the book that I printed on page 52 says this. You may want to say something about re-downloading the correct page?

    I don’t care for mango in my smoothies. Today when I was at Sam’s Club I found a mix that Dole makes with very little mango but also several other fruits that are also on our exchange list. I made all of the macros exactly the same as the Orange Mango Smoothie. Enjoy!

    Here is the menu that I’d LIKE to eat 🙂 but see the difference in calories even though the macros are the same? I guess I don’t know the effects of making the exchanges…like if I eat the meals that she says to for 6 weeks exactly as she has laid out in the program will it drastically change the results of how I look as opposed to me using the macros she laid out (not worrying about the calorie number) and making exchanges?

    Also looking at Phase 3 Weeks 5-7 meal 3 option 1 the measurement for (1/2 SC) says 75g white rice but the exchange list states that 100g. is the full serving. Should the (1/2 SC) say 50g white rice?

    okay thank you, I’m just having a very hard time getting the myfitnesspal calories to match what Nicole has written in the program it says 300 calories more than what Nicole has written. I’ll keep trying.

    @Maureen I am so glad I’m reading through this…the bagels that I have purchased are NOT hockey puck-sized. Maybe that’s why my carbs in myfitnesspal are coming out so high! Thanks for all the great information.

    Okay, I looked at my menu and forced myself to make some changes that are out of my comfort zone. I’ll change it this week I’m sure and upload a revised one at the end of the week.

    Hi there so I have some questions about all the goodies that you are posting. I attached a menu of what each meal will be this week but I know towards the end of the week I’ll want to start making exchanges. I’m following the 5’4″-5’6″ plan (meal plan 2). I’m looking at all the different thing Nicole has put together for the exchanges but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to get recipes like the pancakes out of the two or three items that are listed. How do you make that many exchanges without the quantity of food? Does that make sense? Again, I am including a pic of the menu I put together for this week. It’s super by the book, not much choice but again I’m thinking by the end of the week I’ll be ready to make exchanges. LMK

    Hi there,
    I signed up for the 45-day shred challenge and I read through all the material and listened to the video on Mother’s day. You mention that you can’t be doing another program while doing 45-day shred and win any prizes. I am doing a couch to 5k running app program. Does that count against me? Or are you only referring to other challenges from your competitors?
