    Buy in bulk, cook in bulk. A sheet pan of veggies, another of proteins, slow cooker of meat and/or pressure cooker of meat/rice. You can cook several meals at once this way. I pre-cook tons of meats, portion in ziplocs and freeze them. Same with frozen veggies. Portion them out then just grab and go.

    Hey ladies, I take a gas supplement and digestive enzymes first thing in the morning so they are in my system. Walmart sells a brand for gas that has the same ingredient as Beano and sooo much cheaper.
