ParticipantNaomi, when I click your link it still doesn’t work. I had tried searching the site. The exercise has the NW logo on it but when I click that it takes me back to page trying to get me to be a member. I was still signed into the Ebook I know to make sure of that. I’m wondering if the people it’s working for are also Members? I currently am not.

ParticipantThere was an update to the ebook on 3/28 and that was fixed….BUT I think they are going to be releasing another version.
I noticed in the 3/28 version, cardio days on the calendar and what is listed in the CARDIO section don’t match.
I had sent my order to get printed this morning. Then I saw one of the moderators state today that there will be an email sent out once a new version is released. I think they’re still catching things that need to be fixed. Luckily, I was able to cancel my printing order before they got to it.

ParticipantFor training Block 2 —Days 25, 32, and 39 are low days on the calendar, but they’re off days for training. Is that correct?
I noticed in training block 1, all the off days were low and thought it should have been the same in training block 2 since we’re not working out those days. Thanks

ParticipantYeah, they didn’t match up for me either. I was weighing the grams (after measuring the ingredienst in cups, TB, oz., etc) and putting it into a macro app just to see how close to the calories were. The calories came out to over 200 calories per serving (It might have been 230)….I forget. I tried to manipulate the ingredients to get the carbs and proteins as close to what the ebook said as possible, but it didn’t work. The carb count was similar to what Brandi said. I tried to decrease the amount of raisins to bring the carb count down, but that didn’t do much in terms of reducing the calories per serving.
