    I am using meal plan 2 for women. The daily macros for each meal, except for post training, are 28g. P., 33 g. C, and 12g F. I noticed that when I use the food exchange list, the macros are typically a little higher than the 28/33/12 prescribed. If that occurs, is it better to attempt to meet the macro goal? I’m pretty good at tracking macros, so that’s not too much of a problem if that is the better approach.

    This isn’t really a fitness question, but hoping you can help. I’m going to be in Temecula for a family wedding in late December and am looking for someone to do my hair for the event. Your hair always looks great — would you mind sharing the name of your stylist? I’m traveling to Temecula for the big day and it’s too important of an occasion to leave my hair to chance. Thank you!
