I am using meal plan 2 for women. The daily macros for each meal, except for post training, are 28g. P., 33 g. C, and 12g F. I noticed that when I use the food exchange list, the macros are typically a little higher than the 28/33/12 prescribed. If that occurs, is it better to attempt to meet the macro goal? I’m pretty good at tracking macros, so that’s not too much of a problem if that is the better approach.
