    I am coming off a 12 wk layoff for an inflamed hamstring attachment. I am being very careful. The glute exercises have helped my recovery. I am not lifting a whole lot yet but it’s been better than physical therapy. I’ve quit going to therapy. I had an MRI and it is good to go. I love glute and hamstring day.
