I have atruggled with eating disorder for the past few years and have noticed that my beinge eating and purging got out of control since my last competition that was in November, 2014. I have placed first in my category even though i really struggled with beinging towards the end of my prep. Once the competition was over and I had my cheat meal, well this continued till justvrecently. I have tried everything but nothing worked. Just recently I went to see a well known trainer in my area and shared my stuggles with beinging and purging. He put me on a new eating program that would include complex carbs for 4 meals out of 5-6. I was terrified at first as i was really scared tonput additional weiht on top of the 30 lbs i have gained since last Novembe. He told me to trust the process and follow the plan. Well, I did and to my amusement it works. There is not a day that o have cravings or beinging episodes. I am yeaining hard and eating properly to fuel my body. I am not depriving myself. I feel great and have lits of energy. I am trying to get rid of the unwanted fat the proper way. Ketogenic diet worked great for me in the past but not in a long term. For those struggling with binging i would suggest you get some help with your diet plan and love yourself. If I can do it, you can do it too
