    I’m absolutely love international delight creamer but during nw60challenge cut it off slovenly and started to use almond milk with caramel flavored stevia. As soon as Challenge was over went back to creamer ??‍♀️ Just self sabotaged mys of by buying it. So my plan just to stop buying it. If you don’t have it at you home you won’t eat it/drink it ?

    Stacie, you just add post workout meal on days you’re working out (4 meals + postworkout) you should eat post workout working 30-45 min after you worked out and treat it as you regular meal, so you should eat the next meal in 2-3-4 hrs after post workout.

    It says in nutrition section “
    As a general rule, measure all meat, potatoes, rice and pasta (whole wheat, of course) cooked. Measure oatmeal dry. ”!

    Just google how up how many g, oz in a cup ? .

    You have kph (km /hr) in Russia
    So Mph Speed – Miles per hour ? just use converter to find out what speed in km.
    Just FYI 1 ml=1,6 км

    You can make it at home, just add the oats to a high-powered food processor or blender. I bought at vitacost last time

    I’m also cardio queen but I came to this challenge and decided to follow the plan 100%, maybe 95%. Lol just wanna see what results I can get without killing myself doing cardio 60 min every day. Definitely not gonna judge everyone else,it’s not my place and time. We have few people who train for marathon, getting ready for competition and I’m sure they make some adjustments to the plan. And it’s ok as long as everyone enjoying the process

    I ordered online Ezekiel wraps, wasn’t able to find at any local store. And got Uniquely J Organic Medium Salsa. It turned out really good. Randomly added to shopping card just to qualify for discounted shipping ?

    Hey, my bf is also here but he’s not very social. We came back from vacation in DR and jumped into challenge. We were so sore last week ? I personally couldn’t lift my hands or sit on a toilet. Lol but it’s getting better. My bf lost 4lb but he didn’t folllow the plan 100%, I’m already 3 lb down. Good luck everyone!

    Hi Nicole, thanks for you support! Not gonna lie this week hasn’t been easy but we got through it. Meal plan is amazing. So easy to cook especially when I have to do it for my boyfriend and I .
    Can’t Waite to see the result at the end.
