As soon as Challenge was over went back to creamer ??♀️ Just self sabotaged mys of by buying it. So my plan just to stop buying it. If you don’t have it at you home you won’t eat it/drink it ?
Katya ColesParticipantStacie, you just add post workout meal on days you’re working out (4 meals + postworkout) you should eat post workout working 30-45 min after you worked out and treat it as you regular meal, so you should eat the next meal in 2-3-4 hrs after post workout.

Katya ColesParticipantI’m also cardio queen but I came to this challenge and decided to follow the plan 100%, maybe 95%. Lol just wanna see what results I can get without killing myself doing cardio 60 min every day. Definitely not gonna judge everyone else,it’s not my place and time. We have few people who train for marathon, getting ready for competition and I’m sure they make some adjustments to the plan. And it’s ok as long as everyone enjoying the process

Katya ColesParticipantHey, my bf is also here but he’s not very social. We came back from vacation in DR and jumped into challenge. We were so sore last week ? I personally couldn’t lift my hands or sit on a toilet. Lol but it’s getting better. My bf lost 4lb but he didn’t folllow the plan 100%, I’m already 3 lb down. Good luck everyone!
