    I’m just going to assume 5oz of top sirloin can be exchanged for 5 oz of salmon or ground turkey.

    Lean ground turkey is listed under Fatty Proteins on the food exchange list.
    I will re watch the video again. It didn’t help the first time I watched it.
    So what does 1/4 equal to? 1 serving is easy to calculate it’s the 1/2 and 1/4 I don’t understand.

    Ok thanks. That helps. That’s the math I was getting but it didn’t seem correct. Sorry for the back and forth. I think I was confused myself and thinking to hard 🤪

    I still don’t understand. 1 serving is 25g but if you look at the list of white rice it says 1/2 cup (100g). So, if 1 serving is 25g where does the 100g come from?
    Idk, surely I’m making this more difficult. I’ll try to find her video and watch it. At this point it’s going to be easier for me to stick to the plan lol

    My muffins are currently cooking, but the mixture definitely makes more than just 6 muffins. I filled all 12 cups with the mixture.

    Oh, wow! I mean the meals are good and easy to prepare, I just didn’t think I’d be eating the exact same thing for 5 weeks 😩

    This was also my question. I ended up dividing 4 cups out of the patch and there was maybe a half cup left, not exactly sure I didn’t measure just guesstimated what was left. I’m still waiting for a response as well.
