    Do NOT put in the microwave. That was awful. Thanks for the tips on the oven. I’m too tired to try again. Meatloaf was delicious tho!! No offense Nicole, but that’s the first recipe of yours I’ve ever liked. I had just come to believe you guys didn’t really care about flavor, only appropriate macros until I made that! 😂🤣😋

    I have signed up for the 40 day challenge and plan on running for the cardio portion as I am training for a marathon this fall. My question is there a point when I can add extra carbs ? On hot days and long runs I will often do clif chews, Gatorade and pickle juice. Should I save carbs from my other meals or add an extra few carbs on long run days?
