ParticipantFirst week of phase 1 and I have lost 3lbs as of Thursday! I wasn’t going to weigh myself until the last week of phase 1 but I felt leaner and i wanted to see if what I was feeling was right. I can definitely tell my upper body is becoming leaner (I tend to lean out in my upper body first). And to add my weight training has been amazing! My strength is on point!

ParticipantInstead of mayo, I added mustard as the glue and mashed the avocado and tuna together. Toasted the ezekiel bread placed the cheese as well as the tuna mixture and boom got me a tuna melt 😝👌
