Hi. Today was my first day back after being out for almost a week with the flu, too! I started with day 1, phase 2 today. I moved very slowly and didn’t lift very heavy, but it’s a start!
I’m not sure if it was the right thing to do, but I wanted to keep moving forward!
Hope you are feeling better soon.Kristen
ParticipantGreat job!! You can see changes already. Way to go!

ParticipantThank you for the motivation Nicole! Just finished day one of week two and I feel great. To say that this challenge has shined a light on my areas of weakness is an understatement. Last Monday I was feeling a bit defeated and wasn’t sure how well I was going to do with this challenge. But throughout the week reading everybody’s positive messages and knowing that we’re all in this together, I’ve turned my negative self talk around! I’m excited to work hard and turn those weaknesses into strengths! Truly excited to see what changes are going to happen as I push through this challenge.

ParticipantGreat question! I’m in the same boat, weekends are hard to get to the gym. Hoping the weekend off is ok?
Kristen
ParticipantI usually just hit the treadmill for 5 minutes, then some air squats if it’s leg day.

ParticipantI’m with you! I plan on lifting first, and then cardio. I have a crazy schedule, so splitting into 2 workouts won’t work for me most weeks. Good luck! We got this ?
