ParticipantLindsay I know… I think you do drop set 10/10/10 on left arm then drop set on right arm 10/10/10 and that’s one set. Then repeat until you get all sets in. 🤷🏼♀️ I am sure someone will answer eventually. I can’t remember, but I think it was three sets so it would be 90 each arm total.

ParticipantSorry, yes, it is single arm and you will stand to the side of the landmine in somewhat of a lunge position like you would w/ db rows, correct.

ParticipantYeah I am confused about this too. The video showed double arm landline so that threw me off when it said each arm.

ParticipantI have always taken my vitamins before bed and I do the same with the Power multi. Sometimes vitamins upset my stomach so I just started popping them before bed.

I know that forum comments said the e-book was updated(I also got an email), but I checked there before I asked and it wasn’t updated in my ebook. Unless I have to log out of her website and log back in to get the update?

ParticipantI have a question regarding the apple muffins…so I went to eat some for my post workout meal and noticed some green inside of it. Any idea what would turn green? It freaked me out a bit lol. I made them Monday and just stuck in the fridge since we go through them so fast.

ParticipantOn the days we do strength and cardio…Do we drink the shake and eat two muffins after strength? Or should we drink a shake after the weight training and then eat the muffins after cardio?

ParticipantI didn’t read the recipe carefully before making them🤦🏼♀️. So kept some leaves and chopped some of the cabbage up. So I filled what leaves I could and just threw in the rest of the meat and chopped cabbage in the pan. I have no idea what will be a correct portion size now. Next time I will maybe try it as a casserole as the comments above said. Anybody know how to measure out a correct portion size if you make it casserole style or mess it up like I did?
