    I think I read somewhere it’s whatever you prefer! I weigh mine without the skin because I don’t eat it. But if you eat the skin you can weigh it.

    haha true! After eating most of the food today I can sure say i’m still hungry haha but it’s a good hungry 🙂

    I’m a medical biller for the local hospital here in Jackson, MI. It’s pretty boring but someone has to do it, haha. 🙂

    Question regarding having the shake before you workout. Is it ok to have the apple at this time as well? I work out early and if I ate my meal 1 before I worked out then my last meal of the day would be at 4pm and I would get hangry if I couldnt eat after 4 pm lol.
