ParticipantFeel so bad about unable to have my work outs this week ! Due to work schedule but was able to do t 30 mins of hitt cardio ! My question its since I missed a 1 week for weight tranning should i continue where i left off or just continue with the program ? My muscke are flat and feel so bad about it

ParticipantHello iam concern about leaning out already at 2 weeks on 10 weeks challenge ! Iam under meal plan 2 ! 200p calories and before starting this challenge was doing muscle up but form some reasom iam leaning out and losing my muscle look so skinny and i dont know what to do bevause i know calories will drop and will look even more skinnier ! My goal is to build up muscle but lean out some areas such as inner tighs ! And stomach and those are the one cant be lean ! My arms and quads are lean and look small 😞 now i dont kkow what to do as i dont want to loose more but tone and look muscular and not skinny ! Should i keel going with the meal plan 2 or or should i go up to meal plan 3 ! Iam 5’5

Participantjust wanted to confirm amount of rice in meal plan 2 option 1 , it says 150grans of brown rice is this correct , iam asking because its alot ,dont mind eating it lol

ParticipantOk thanks its just frustraiing that i did summer sherd and i leaned out bunch that looked flat but when i do Mu challenge i looked fuller but if i stayed for so long with 1900 calories i start to gain ×weight and fat goes to my back and belly so I dont know what will be my appropiate micros and calories 🙁

ParticipantI believe you need carbs and protein before working out ! I used yo eat half on my meal protein and carbs but now i just do fasted weighy trainning wounder if this will affect my results ? I still feel energized even dint eat but do we really need to eat or its ok to fo it fasted weight trainning ? I heard in kne of nicoles Q And As that was ok to fo fasted weigh trainning as longest we feel good

Participanthey Naomi , I know everybody is looking forward for reefed meal that’s not my case, wanted to know if its ok to skip it and continue with my meals and just have it when I really feel like craving unhealthy food lol , I don’t want to eat if iam not really craving it lol . and also not wanted to have it because my process in losing fat is low have only lost 2 pounds and not seeing so much definition either

ParticipantI just want to confirm info, Are we in phase 2 nutrition but still in phase 1 work outs? and starting phase 2 work outs next t week? because calendar says that but info from the tags says different says week 3 is for phase 2 on work outs .

Participantso as we are starting phase 2 , noticed that I feel more fluffy and stomach looks bigger stead of flatted , feel like iam doing muscle up challenge don’t see my lean side, however I did see it last week but as today woke up feeling fat and not looking lean at all, any advise, I am following meal plan to the t ,

ParticipantI have same issue but my macros are higher in fat! Noticed that when i get salmon with rice fat intake goes up and dont meat protein intake but go over carbs and fat intake ! Should adjust my macros ?

ParticipantWooow i wish i could have that problem lol ! Nicole iam following meal plan 2 and comming out from MU challange which had great results but kept feeling hungry during the challenge and now witj SS is like iam starving was eating 1964 with MU now iam down to 1784 and cant imagine how will feel when i get to phase 3 ?? I not sure if my metabokism is fasted but get hungry like every 3p mins even when i was doing MU challenge ! Wanted to know if its ok to feel like iam starving also worried that wilk loose my gains gained from MU due to low calorie intake ! Should i go to meal plan 3 ?? Even i fit into meal 2 or just stick with it ? I HAVE NOTICED I get bad headaches when Iam on deficit and lack of energy with vision disturbulancies also wanted to know if should i get another kind of salmon because when i log everything in MFP says iam over fats and I belived is because of my salmon has 17 grams of fat ! It ends up to be 37 grams higher than in the meal plan

ParticipantNicole ! It is ok to continue taking creatine and glutamine ? Also should we eat before weight training ? Some days i plan to do cardio and weight trainning same session and some other days will have to split weights ams and cardio pm ! Should i eat before or could i do eveything fasted even i dont do cardio only weight trainning ! I have been eating before i weight train but some days that makes me sleepy and cant lift as heavy as i would like to

ParticipantI absolutely love this MU challenge and want to know for how long do you reccomend to stick to this program love my results and gains iam planning to do summer sherd but i will love to go back and do it again ! Is it ok go deficit and then go back and do this again back and forward till I get desired results ? Or its best to switch things uo as meals and work outs ?

ParticipantSo today i decided to use MFP to see my macros! Iam following meal plan 2 And for some reason my fat and carbs intake is little bit higher lime 10 grams more and protein low like 5 grams and bedn folllwing plan to the T ! Would this make an impact on my results or should i let it go ? This is a pic of my post meal also was high in calories

ParticipantOk naomi ! So i did leg extensions and kept increasing my weights but noticed that every time that will increase weights I ended up doing same or more reps look this was my work out any advise ?
