ParticipantLoving phase 2 , something different which it kicked my butt off on day one , exited to see more results , and worried on how iam going to fit too many cardio sessions in my busy schedule , i absolutely loving the challenge i dont want to end but, iam already thinking to sing up for the next one as soon as nicole announce it ?

ParticipantThanks for replying , now for phase 2 cardio , do uou recommend to do it first thing in am or afternnon its ok , iam been doing weight lifting ams and cardio pm , can i keep doing this pattern or should i change to get better results ? Other thing i ordered my protein powered about two weeka ago , and i know it does not take to long to get it but for some reason my order is taking for ever , is anyways you can tell me if there are any back orders ? Or anything wrong with my order , iam so inpatient to try the protein power

ParticipantIam planing to have my refeed meal tbis friday , for me its supposed to be on sunday, it is ok to change dates ? And do you recommend fo ear my last meal as well , my last meals falls at 4 pm and planning to have my refeed meal at 9 pm, or should skip my last meal and saved it for my refeed meal at 9 pm ?

Participanttoday i did my first HITT cardio , i did stepmill 30 mins as it was outlined , my only concern its that I did not sweat at all just little bit and it was not difficult at all my heart rate went up to 178 , my question its if this is normal because as I see in others comments that HItt cardio was hard for them however this was not my case , should i get worried ? should i do extra cardio o should i put extra resistance ?

Participantbenn asking dame question and been getting different answers , some one had said to eat meal 1 before i train my weight train wilk be at 430 then have post meal and 3 hours later eat meal 2 , but i plan to fo cardio in pms and there are no food left fot me after 5pm , my last meal will be at 3pm so no meals after that , no eating after cardoo at 6 ?

ParticipantI was looking at the cardio HITT for phase 1 , and I was want to make you I undertood because there are 3 kinds of HITT cardio which i know have to do 3 times a week , so just pick one o those 3 options right ? for my 30 mins or have to do all of them in a diffrerenfs days ?

Participantok thanks for anwering , if i do weight lifting in mornings and cardio in pms my meal schedule will look like this : 4am meaml 1 , 6am post meal , 9 meal 2, 12 pm meal 3 , 3pm meal 4 , and nothing for at 6pm ? which at that time will be done with cardio ! no post meal after mi cardio session at 5:30 pm ?

ParticipantI want to split my cardio and weight training , when is the best time to do cardio ? early am and weight training pm or can i do weight training mornings and cardio pms , because whats what i been doing weight in ams and cardio pm , but if i have to change my schedule to get best results i definetly will do it ?

ParticipantI very sad that I did not buy the package with suplements , can i still order them and get them on time for this challenge ? how many days will it take to arrive ? i want to start the challenge with the right suplememts have research for some at my nearest store and all have to much sugar about 3gr and too much calories and fats 🙁

Participanthere with same question , and very confused because nicole said ok not to eat and have post meal after work out then 3 hours later have meal one, but another trainer in here told me to eat before ( have meal 1 ,work out then post meal , ) so which advise shoul I follow 🙁

Participantthanks i had same question got confused to wether to eat meal one or post meal after my work out , and this is just for weight training correct ? what about if i want to do cardio in pm dont eat anything afterwards , and what about snaking , are we allow to eat in between meals , if so what ? last question my last meal wilk be at 6 pm including post meal , is anythibg you reccomends to eat or take , usually go to bed at 11 and in that time between 6 to 11 get really hungry and thats when i fail 🙁
