ParticipantIs the video library down? I’m trying to look at video’s for today’s gym workout and everyone I click brings back a bunch of bullets down the left side and what looks like a menu of other things on the right. None bring up the video.

ParticipantWhat is meant by the 45 minute of intervals in week four? Is this just 45 minutes of interval cardio or is there something else specific? I have never seen it written this way so a bit confusing.

ParticipantIs anyone able to do the cardio plans as written? I tried the step mill one and thought I was dying after about 6 minutes. I’m pretty fit but I think these are really advanced. I just continued on taking rest and lowering the speeds. The next day I did 20 minutes on the bike 1 minute on 1 minute off and tried to keep my heart rate high. I’m disappointed to not do them as written but I guess it’s something to work towards! I just don’t want to limit my results if I can’t do them full out like they are written.

ParticipantThe menu plan says 70grams on the weight training days but 40 on the non weight training days. Is it two different measurements or should it be 40 both days. 70 is a huge bowl of cereal!

ParticipantCan we substitute the quinoa flakes for the oatmeal as a hot cereal like Nicole advises above? I cannot do oatmeal it bothers my stomach and bloats me. I can do quinoa though.
