    I’ve been adding 1/2 scoop of my chocolate protein powder & some chocolate stevia drops. So I only use 1 scoop of protein powder after my workout. Tastes like dessert!

    Would it be ok to do the drop set dumbbell squats as a barbell drop set?

    I have tried at least 20 different types/brands over my 20+ years of working out and I have NEVER had one that tasted delicious AND didn’t upset my stomach or cause any kind of bloating. Nicole’s is amazing. Best stuff EVER!!!

    Ok, got it! The workouts remain the same, just the amount you lift from week to week will increase (hopefully) 🙂
