I am a week behind and alos followed to a T. Weigh all food ect. Did not lose anything weightwise- gained! I did do measurements and have lost inches. Will just keep plugging along unless anyone has any other suggestions? I need to lose at least 30!
Watch the video! Its helpful. It does take a bit of planning but once you get the jist and hang of it the options are endless. Sometimes for me eating the same thing is easier since I work 50 hour weeks.

Definitely not used to eating 1900 calories. I took am worried about the h8gh calories. Can you explain it like I am 5? Nit trying to insult any 5 year old either lol!!
