KimParticipantA little confused with phase 2. I understand superset or triset. If it says nothing and there’s 5-6 exercises listed do we complete the number of sets before we move onto the next exercise or is it a giant set for example with day 2 and day 3 a little confused. Thanks in advance.
KimParticipantHungry. I could only wish. Having a hard time digesting the 7 oz of tuna. It is to the point where I’m forcing myself to eat my last meal. Any suggestions.
KimParticipantThis seems like bigger portion sizes compared to last challenge. For example the 200 grams of rice which is equivalent to 2/3 cup and the roasted veges about 1 cup and a 1/3. Is this correct. I’m having a hard time eating it all.

KimParticipantSo I need some feed back. I am not a big steak person. If I switch it out for chicken, which I like and it’s easy to prepare in bulk. My question is, is it to much chicken in one day having it for meal 3 4 and 5. OR Should I suck it up and try to eat the steak.
KimParticipantI was feeling full initially in phase 2. Now I’m starving. Hard to get to 2 hours between meals.

KimParticipantIn phase 2 cardio. My gym does not have a step mill. Any suggestions as an alternative.
There is treadmills Ellipticals bike and a glider that also works sort of as a stair master.
Also should I repeat one cardio out of the 4 as my 5th cardio.

KimKimParticipantWas going through the weight training in phase 2. Some of the demonstration videos play then other ones will not, stating I need to be a member to view even though I am logged in. Trying to prepare ahead of time ?. Thanks.
KimParticipantEating meal 5 at 8 pm is that to late. Sometimes my work schedule delays me from eating right on time.
